Washi tape, ballet and a miniature village

This week there's a bit of a flower theme, plus cute things to enjoy.

๐Ÿ’ I came across this video of flower sketches set to music, and the story behind it is gorgeous!

๐ŸŒณ Over the weekend, I spent a day in the city and it was lovely to catch up with friends and family, as well as stroll through the Fitzroy Gardens. Along the way, I came across a miniature village and a fairy tree!

๐Ÿงต I also squeezed in a little bit of sewing. I'm working on a cross-stitch of some Australian blossoms.

๐Ÿ“” This week I managed to visit three papercraft and stationery shops. There was so much to admire, and I picked up a few new washi tapes.

๐Ÿฉฐ I also watched Don Quixote, part of The Australian Ballet's online season. As much as I enjoy seeing a performance at the theatre, I really like that the online season incorporates interviews and backstage access during the intervals, showing more of the creative work that goes into staging a ballet (and not just the dancing). I'm looking forward to watching more productions later in the year.

That's it from me for this week. If, like me, you're about to have a long weekend (and even if you're not), I hope you get time to enjoy the things you find fun ๐Ÿ˜Š
